INTRODUCTION
Officer in Charge an Engineering Watch Training Programme is based requirements of Regulation III/I of the STCW '95.
The trainees who successfully complete the programme are eligible to appear for the Certificate of Competency Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch Examination Conducted by the Administration.
With Further sea time and examination candidates will be able to obtain a B.Sc. in Marine Engineering by Dalian Maritime University in China.

G. C. E. (Ordinary Level)
Credit Passes for Mathematics, Science & English (Compulsory)
G. C. E. (Advanced Level)
Mathematic Stream - 2 passes (Combined Mathematic & Physics)
Science Stream - 3 passes
Age limit – Less than 22
