INTRODUCTION
This course covers the mandatory minimum requirements as set out in Table A I I/3 of STCW'95. It is based on the minimum knowledge required for certification of officers in charge of a navigational watch on ships of less than 500 GT engaging in near coastal voyages.

ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS
This course is open for students:
Who wish to appear for the Officer-in-Charge of a Navigational Watch on ships of less than 500 GT (NCV) examination.
They should have the minimum requirements specified in the Government Gazette 1036/21 17th July 1998.
